Phil Kerpen is a leading media source as well as a Vice President for policy at Americans for Prosperity. As the author of DEMOCRACY DENIED he offers the ultimate solution to fighting regulatory tyranny and outlines how we can stop the President’s radical agenda. Phil exposes how President Obama has thwarted democracy by imposing a host of radical job-crushing policies by executive fiat. He offers a compelling solution by telling the remarkable true story of how an idea to stop regulatory tyranny came from a 78-year-old former county judge in Kentucky named Lloyd Rogers. It is this citizen’s revolutionary idea that became the basis for the REINS Act, which would require any major regulatory action to receive the approval of the House and Senate, as well as the signature of the President before it can take effect.
